Hi there! 

I'm Sofia, a product designer and writer based in NYC. My educational background is in research and environmental science. I began my career in customer support and receiving feedback from clients, which led me to design and realizing the need for thoughtful responses and solutions.  

I love to crochet, receiving and sending postcards, and getting lost in used bookstores. (If you're a bookworm like me, check out my bookshelf and friend me on goodreads!) I grew up in a family of 11, so solving problems, being empathetic, and learning how to compromise (while still having cake and eating it too!) is what I'm really good at.

At the end of the day, my work is inspired by my love of observing the people around me. I look forward to working together!
